Our Skylark is powered by the rare 215 CID all aluminum V8 engine. The Buick 215 is praised for being as smooth as a sewing machine, lightweight, and powerful for its size. That is mated to a correct automatic transmission that shifts effortlessly. The engine is dressed with a rebuilt original 2 Jet Rochester carburetor (tag still affixed), vintage Offenhauser aluminum finned valve covers and air cleaner.
