This is a vintage jointed mohair Bear by Character Novelty Co of  S. Norwalk, CT.

He measures about 14" tall, has his original tag in ear. He has a black stitched nose & mouth with  brown eyes. Some minor loss to pads as shown-some tiny holes to pads. He still has a little bit of his red ribbon around his neck. Left on for new owner.
