Description：

1. Wheel body: material 50 Mn, hardening hardness HRC 25-28, CASE hardening hardness HRC 52-56, hardening thickness 5-8mm.

2. Side cover: QT 450-10, strength as follows: tensile strength ob (MPa): 2450 yield strength 00.2 (MPa): 2310 hardness: 160 ~ 210 hb. 

3. Roller: 45 # carbon steel or 40 Cr. Quenching of HRC25-30 and surface quenching of HRC 52-58. Hardening depth of 2-3mm.

4. Lock pin 65 Mn or 45 carbon steel, hardness HRC 25-28.

5. Bolts, grade 12.9, HRC 45-52.

6. Seal: nitrile rubber. Operating temperature range-20℃ to 110℃.
