Please note, with automotive parts there are often subtle differences in parts depending on year coverage and applications.  Please double check your exact application to ensure fitment and feel free to ask any questions prior to ordering. 

VDS Program items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes due to carrier restrictions.

Fluids, liquid additives, or aerosols cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or International addresses.

Shipping Details:  Our handling time is 72 hours (or less) to process and tender packages for shipment.   We insure all our outbound packages for the full purchase price.  In the unlikely event of shipping damage, please save all of the packaging and take photos and contact us via eBay messages.  The shipper may need to inspect the item(s) and packaging as part of their damage claim process, so patience and communication will be the key to getting to a positive outcome. 

International Orders:  We do ship internationally via eBay's Global Shipping Program (GSP) on eligible items.  The tracking we upload covers the domestic leg of the shipment.  The international shipping, tracking, and claims on the international transit is handled by eBay's Global Shipping Program. 

We cannot adjust, combine, or alter these GSP invoices in ANY way. 

 

Payment Details:   Please use the site checkout feature to complete your purchase.   It supports multiple payment types and will generate a printer friendly invoice that contains all pertinent details for your records.

Returns:   We offer a 30-day return privilege on all eligible VDS program items.

Please message us prior to returning with a heads up that you are sending the item back to us with any additional pertinent information.  Returns need to ship back to our verified eBay address only.  A printed copy of your order included with the return shipment will be helpful. 

We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items

There are some exceptions and limitations explained below.

• No returns on kits or parts that have been opened, installed or used.  Returned parts must be in the same condition as shipped to be eligible for refund.
• No returns on electrical parts or special orders.
• No returns on technical or service manuals
• No returns on used parts 
• Items that are damaged or lost in return shipping are not our responsibility, shipping insurance is recommended.
• Shipping on returns is the buyer's responsibility.
