5.5" tall one is brand new with batteries included. It was never used...I just took the battery guard off of it. As u can see in the picture it was attached to. TESTED AND WORKS

The 4.5" tall tree needs batteries. I left one watch battery in it so u know which size to buy. No corrosion.

No damage on either tree but needs a bath.
