This is a new without tags blouse from Torrid in plus size 3X. It has the extra button bag still attached but no longer has a retail tag. It is in new unused condition. It's black in color with textured dots. Each dot has metallic colored thread. Some are orange, some purple, some gold, some pink- little eye-catching pops of color! This blouse has a tie at the neck that forms a keyhole opening. It has 3/4 length sleeves, and it is semi-sheer. Made from 100% polyester and is machine washable. Measurements are shown in the pictures.

Note: The larger white circles that you can see in the hanging pictures are actually on the mannequin, not the blouse.
