I purchased these at a recent estate auction, from a local attorney estate, that collected Happy Meal or Kids Meal toys and related merchandise, such as these bags.  He had literally 10,000 or more new / sealed toys and a few related things like bags etc. etc.  I'm not sure how he managed to obtain 10,000 + toys, from chain restaurants such as McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King, Dairy Queen and Roy Rogers.
