This suit is framed and sealed in glass. If you just want the Suit unframed it can be removed and shipping would be adjusted appropriately. The story from the Swimsuit Store was that it was worn by and signed by Rebecca Soni at the 2012 Olympics.
Note: (signature has not been authenticated). I bought this suit from the swimsuit store that was going out of business and they said they were one of the sponsors that supplied this suit to the Olympic team 2012. They also said that after the Olympics they received this signed and framed suit that was supposedly worn during competition at the Olympics by Rebecca Soni as a thank you for sponsorship. They had it hanging in the Store when I purchased it. See photos taken of her in The water from the Olympic event. That is as much I as know about the Swimsuit.
The following was taken from the Internet on the Olympic website.
At the 2012 London Olympics, Rebecca Soni wore the Arena Carbon Pro racing suit. While her specific personal size was not publicly documented in official reports, elite swimmers at that level often wear highly compressed, tight-fitting, smaller sizes compared to their training suits to maximize performance.
Context: Soni famously wore this suit to set a world record in the 200m breaststroke
Rebecca Soni (born March 18, 1987) is an American former competition swimmer and breaststroke specialist who swam for the University of Southern California, and is a six-time Olympic medalist. She is a former world record-holder in the 100-meter breaststroke (short and long course) and the 200-meter breaststroke (short and long course), and is the first woman to swim the 200-meter breaststroke in under 2 minutes 20 seconds. As a member of the U.S. national team, she held the world record in the 4×100-meter medley relay from 2012 to 2017 (long course).
