This is a Korg MA-30 compact digital metronome with built-in tuner.  The metronome works as intended though I have never tried the tuning function.  It has a stand that can be folded out from the back.  It takes 2 AAA batteries which can be inserted by popping open the case by squeezing the "open" tabs on the sides.
