1999.  Both pieces are in very good condition and marked Goebel 1999.  The Little Farm Hand is a limited edition and is signed by the artist.  Made of clay, porcelain, bone china, and ceramic.  Measures about 4 3/4" tall and the base with chickens measures about 5 1/2" wide. Total height with farm hand on base is 5 3/4".  Please see photos.
