Not working. For parts or repair.

I can hear something small rattling around inside when I tilted back-and-forth. Sounds like maybe a small screw or something. There’s something loose inside. When you turn the switch on it, powers on, but none of the adjustments work. And there’s no output.

It could be used for parts or could be repaired.
