AppleCD 300 SCSI CD drive. Includes caddy, power cord and SCSI cable and manual. 

I don't have a data CD to hand, but I tested with a music CD and was able to see the files on PowerMac 6500 and play music (the volume control potentiometer may benefit from a cleaning).
