- eBay compatibility is not always 100% accurate. Please do not determine the fitment solely based on that.
- We cannot and do not guarantee color matching on any parts. If you have any questions regarding color, please ask before buying. No refunds will be issued for the wrong color.
- Most electronics and computer modules will require addition steps i.e. programing per OEM percedure to work as intended and may not work by just swiping the parts. We are not responsible for additional charges of these nature.
Item Condition:
- Since our parts are used they may have signs of normal wear like scuffs, marks, dings or scratches.
- We are a licensed auto dismantler and the majority of our parts are sourced through the fleet of vehicles we process at our facility.
- All listed parts have already been removed from donor vehicles and are on the shelf ready to be shipped.
- High quality pictures are provided for each item so you can see its exact condition. You will receive only what you see in the pictures. Please do not assume anything else will be included if you do not see it pictured.
- Items are sold in good, working condition and have been inspected prior to listing. Any major imperfects or damage will be photographed so please review all available images.
Frieght Shipping (Please Read):
- Large items such as but not limited to engines, transmissions, quarter panels, doors, bumpers, exhaust, headliner, axle assemblies, seat assemblies, cradles, etc. will be shipped via freight.
- All freight orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days as long as we have cleared payment and the necessary delivery information. Orders placed on a holiday or weekend will begin processing on the following business day.
- Transit time for freight shipments can take up to 7 business days.
- Flat Rate Freight shipping prices generated by eBay are for commercially zoned addresses only which have a dock or forklift available and can accommodate up to a semi-truck.
- Locations without a dock or forklift will incur a liftgate fee. This MUST be specified AT TIME OF PURCHASE.
- Residential freight delivery is available but must be quoted prior to placing your order, since it typically runs double the price in comparison to commercially zoned deliveries. Contact us prior to placing an order and we would be happy to help.
- Buyers have the option to pick freight from a local freight terminal. If you opt for this option we will provide you with the location and phone number of a terminal closest to you. Buyer must show up with proper equipment and identification to pick up the shipment.
- A valid phone number and business name are required with all freight shipments.
- If you do not meet the commercial delivery criteria, you must contact us to obtain an accurate shipping quote.
- In the event that the buyer does not respond to freight carrier attempts to call and schedule, or misses his delivery appointment buyer will be responsible for redelivery fee which range between $100-$300 depending on the size and weight of the package. It rarely happens but also possible.
- All freight shipments must be unpackaged and thoroughly inspected before signing for delivery.
- If an item arrives damaged, you MUST refuse delivery for us to be able to refund you. If you accept and sign for delivery your order will no longer be eligible for a refund.
- Local pick-up is also available for all items although you MUST reach out ahead of time to ensure your order will be ready for pick-up.
- No Core Fees! Meaning you don't have to ship us your old/broken part and we won't hold back any deposits. We have decided to drop core fees for added convinence.
Return & Refunds:
- Your satisfaction is our priority and we stand behind all the parts we sell.
- We offer a 30 day return period for all our items. 30-day return period begins on the day the part is delivered. Please inspect the part upon arrival.
- We test and ensure each part we sell is in good working order. However, if you receive the part and it is damaged, not functioning correctly or if we missed something, please reach out as soon as possible so we can remedy the situation.
- No Restocking Fee! We're not a fan of it in our private life and don't want our customers to go through the same experience.
- All items bear our mark and will be inspected once received by our shipping department. Only items with our mark will be processed for a refund.
- If the part is damaged during the shipping process, in order for us to file a damage claim you will be asked to provide proof that the carrier is at fault.
- We are not responsible for installation errors, labor expenses and/or any other expenses that you may incur.
- No returns on international orders.
- All shipping costs are no-refundable.
