Blenko Glass vase in Colbalt Blue. This is design 1422 and stands 13 1/2" tall and 5" wide. Has both the original label and the laser etched Blenko logo and year on the bottom.  Two very small dark spots and some very small bubbles (normal products of the hand blown technique).  No chip, cracks or other damage. Glass is bright and clear.
