Packaging and Shipping (Read this first)
We pack the sticker kits in plastic bags and wheel decals with carton sheets and send in an envelope with a stamp “DO NOT BEND” on it. If you receive a bent or destroyed by post envelope, please contact us, we will resend it.

All items are in stock so we post on the same or the next working day. We send the orders from BULGARIA, not UK or Germany. We are using Priority Post, in normal conditions shipping is fast – around 1-2 weeks to Europe and 2-4 weeks to Rest of World.

However this is international post, sometimes shipping is delayed because of some postal issues like bad weather, strikes, holidays, busy periods, stupid and careless post employees etc. Most of our customers receive their orders very fast (please see our feedback)

There are some days which they mess up something so most of packages from this day is delayed or lost, so in that case please be patient, contact us but don’t hurry to open a case or leave a negative feedback PLEASE! Please allow 7-10 more days, after that we can resend or refund your order. Do not ask for refunds 1 day after ebay’s estimate period as IT IS NOT CORRECT!
