All items include a full 60 day warranty against defects or functionality or if the item is not as described. In these cases ITReplay will pay for the return shipping of the item.
If you change your mind, item is no longer needed or in the case of buyers remorse, we will take the item back for a full refund, as long as it is the same condition as it was when shipped out originally. However, buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Any brand new items must be returned unopened, still sealed shut, and the packaging must not be damaged, otherwise a 50% restocking fee will be assessed to the refund.
Warranty is still in effect if item is taken outside the US, however any return shipping would be the responsibility of the buyer. ITReplay will pay for return shipping from within the continental United States.
