Powers up, I was able to set time, and tune in Fm&AM stations, Static tone but can understand music & talk shows. I do not have the knowledge to work or tune in the shortwave stations. Estate sale item, prior owner scribed his name and ssn on radio. He passed on, but don’t use ssn & name. No returns on item.
