This is a pair of radio controlled blimp motors with controls. There is only one balloon and I don't know how to fill it with helium or if it holds . One of the units has had the shrouds trimmed away.  Has 4 small electric fan motors.  Was fun for a little while scaring pets and little kids and has been stored under the train set upstairs for decades.  Parts for experimenting with.
