No air source is included in the packing list. The customer should prepare the air compressor in advance.
Do not touch the running parts during operation. Do not put hands into the machine. Do not allow people or objects near running parts.
Do not exceed the maximum packing size and maximum load of the machine.
Connect the correct power supply specified on the machine nameplate and ensure reliable grounding to avoid electric shock risk.
Disconnect power before maintenance and repair. Let professionals repair the machine.

Air Cylinder

The long air cylinder achieves higher pressing efficiency and working speed. Pressing height adjusts automatically to carton size, meeting different height requirements and improving efficiency.

Rotary Disc

Control Panel

Place the machine on a level surface and remove outer packaging.

For operator safety, ensure reliable grounding as required before use. Connect to the power supply specified on the machine label.

Connect the air source; the cylinder rises to the highest point. Adjust cylinder holder position according to package height. Install suitable film width on film frame. Press lock sleeve up and down.

Operate control panel to adjust parameters.

Press I/O button; proceed after digital tube lights up.

Press ▲ and ▼ buttons to set number of film rotations (typically 5-6 turns). Customers can set winding count per requirements.

Press forward/reverse rotation button to set winding direction.

After debugging, place goods on rotating disc. Wind film around goods. Press foot switch; cylinder pressing plate descends and presses package; motor starts. Machine stops when winding count reaches set value. If surface film is tight, adjust film tension appropriately.
