CONGRESS & EMPIRE SPRING CO SARATOGA NY all boldly emb on front...plain back....dot on bottom....Hand blown in mold, bimal....early smooth base....applied double collar....9 3/8"tall quart size.....deep olive green which is a hard to find color for this bottle....Sparkling attic near mint condition with no chips or damage; a tiny pinhead open bubble on bottom. A shiny clean bottle with no haze.  You can see how different the color is compared to a normal Saratoga teal green .....
