📩 Shipping Info

  • We ship from Cheshire within one working day (during business hours 9am-5pm). Orders made after hours are booked the next day and collected the one after (unless you're really lucky and one of us had a coffee after 4pm). Royal Mail does the honours from there.
  • We’re happy to combine postage where it makes sense (may not be possible with awkward/bulky items).

  • Most* of our packaging is eco-friendly, recyclable or even compostable (even down to our ink). Our standard mailers are Kite Enviromailers; these use a carboard mesh rather than bubblewrap and a natural gum on the seal. We then have glassine garment bags (made from wood pulp, air, moisture, grease resistant). We also use kraft paper tape with a natural gum adhesive. Even our branded stamp is inked with environmentally friendly and non-toxic ink. reusing clean materials and minimising plastic where possible - less landfill, more good karma. *The exceptions tend to be where we have re-used packaging that has been sent to us. 
  • Got a special delivery request? Send us a message before you buy - we’ll do our best to make it rain (figuratively, of course).

🔁 Returns Policy

  • We accept returns within 14 days/30 days of purchase (please check on listing for which) - buyer pays postage. Items must come back exactly as sent - unworn, unused, tags intact. If items are not returned in the same condition, we will either reject the return or seek a deduction from your refund on a case by case basis.  

  • Refunds are processed within two working days once received back safely.

  • We keep additional photos and videos for every item (serial numbers, labels, packaging, the works) - not because we don’t trust you, but because eBay occasionally attracts the creative types. Any attempts at return fraud will be reported faster than you can say “item not as described.”

💬 Offers

  • We welcome fair offers – send one over and we’ll let you know if we can make it work. Please keep three things in mind:
    1. If an item has a lot of watchers, it’s less likely we’ll budge - so don’t hesitate if you’ve got your eye on it.
    2. We love a haggle, not a hustle. If you try to lowball us (intentionally low offers), it and all further offers may be declined.
    3. Please don’t message us saying “what’s the lowest you will take?” unless you want us to respond with “what’s the most you will pay?”
  • Found a better price online? Tell us where - we might just beat it.

  • If the offer button’s missing, the price is firm and private messages won’t change that (sorry, but we’ve tried).

⭐ Feedback

  • We vet all of our buyers - if you have very poor feedback or have frequently left negative feedbacks for sellers, please prepare to have your order cancelled - we don't want the hassle. Additionally, if you are purchasing a very expensive item and you have little or no feedback, please message us first or your order may be cancelled.
     
  • We love real feedback - not the automated “order delivered on time with no issues” eBay leaves when people forget. It helps us grow, improve, and keep the whole pre-loved ecosystem alive and well.

  • If something’s not right, message us before leaving neutral or negative feedback - we’ll always go the extra mile to sort it. Those who skip that step and go straight for the grey/red mark might find themselves blocked from future purchases (life’s too short for bad vibes).

  • In short: if we mess up, we’ll fix it. If you’re happy, we appreciate you saying so :)
