This set was made by BuildAMoc an online company making custom boxed sets using all new LEGO pieces for businesses and individuals to use for promotional or gift purposes. This set was made for the Trammell Crow Company. It was a custom kit made as a business gift for them to give to their clients. It originally cost them about $200 per set. I don't know how many they ordered but usually these things are orders of 50 - 200. It comes with a complete LEGO style manual with 239 building steps. The seals were broken and it was looked at but never unpacked or built. It will be carefully packed and shipped to you free of charge.
