This is old, this is cool and this is in excellent condition. It's a set of shirt stud buttons, gold-filled, with the round button on one side and a nicely engraved heart on the other. There are four, strung together on a chain. The button sides are 3/8” in diameter; the hearts a bit smaller. The connecting link is 1/8” long. Total chain length is 8 1/4”. So: old, cool, excellent indeed.
