Emile Henry France | Hunter Green Tart/Flan/ Quiche Dish 11.5" | Williams Sonoma

The dish is approximately 1.5" deep and can be used for tarts, flans or quiches! This dish is no longer in production and is no longer being sold. It has a cream interior and dark hunter green exterior. There seems to be no chips but there is some discoloration along the bottom of the dish that seems to be from an oil of some sort.
