DESCRIPTION
This Carbon Kevlar clutch is generally used with our Street Series clutches. This disc uses a heavy-duty high torque internal assembly used in more extreme applications, and we add our unique woven Carbon Kevlar steel-back frictions for added burst strength and thermal dissipation.

This XTD Stage 2 combo includes XTD Heavy-Duty Pressure Plate, XTD Carbon Kevlar Street Disc, Throw Out Bearing, Alignment Tool,
16LBS Pro-Lite flywheel, clutch installation guide and XTD clutch logo decal.
This XTD pressure plate holds approx. 25% more HP and Torque than stock.
The pressure plate is made from ductile iron and is heat treated, which is stronger than standard cast iron designs.
XTD Stage 2 clutch is designed for smooth engagement, quiet operation, and improved durability.
Works great for stock and mildly modified applications.
Every XTD sports clutch kit is designed for street (daily driving), so it won’t make normal driving difficult.
All XTD Racing Clutch Kits require a 500 miles break-in period.
⚙️ XTD LIGHTWEIGHT FLYWHEEL (PRO-LITE)
XTD lightweight flywheels are manufactured using premium materials and modern production technology.
Each flywheel weighs approx. 16 lbs and is engineered to provide high strength compared to conventional cast flywheels.
The flywheel is forged from chrome-moly steel, offering durability, heat resistance, and structural integrity.
By reducing excess mass, rotational inertia is lowered, allowing the engine to rev more freely and improving throttle response.
Precision CNC machining helps reduce weight variation and balance deviation. Surface treatment and heat processing enhance wear resistance and long-term reliability.
