The top section of the back rest is worn and discoloured.

The wood looks a little dry.

Sits uneven/wobbly on floor and the reason is loose joints. Easy fix, you just need to reglue the joints/braces underneath and clamp it overnight and it will sort out that issue. See pictures for the evidence of loose joints/braces.
