Won't turn on. It gets power as you can hear it, and also, a red light comes on under the screen. The red light flashes 3 times in a cycle.

Also, I could hear a hissing or buzzing type noise coming from the tv. It slowly got louder (although still very quiet). At this point, I turned it off.

Comes with only what you see. No remote. Used condition so will have dirt and scratches here and there.

The speaker grills are a bit rusty.
