These are in very good overall NEW OLD STOCK condition; Estate found. As you can see, all 19 mortises are in their original packaging with all of their accompanying hardware. Not included in the count, but included with the lot free of charge are the collection of mortise parts & hardware that have been opened and handled and have varying signs of use/wear. The accompanying hardware is not guaranteed to fit with everything included, they are included as-is for additional parts.

Boxes for shipping; We will no ship to P.O. boxes.
