If you change your mind, or the purchase is not suitable, you may notify us to cancel the contract, for refund, within 30 days after the day of receipt of item(s). The returned goods must be unworn, in original packaging and without any tape or return labels stuck to the brand box. We will consider any complaint of faulty or defective within 6 months of purchase. In the first instance we will request supporting evidence such as photos and statement of use. We will then advise whether we require the item returned to us for investigation. If the fault is upheld as a manufacturing defect a full refund will be made including return postage costs.
