 INVENTORY & AVAILABILITY NOTICE

 We operate a large, high-volume warehouse with over 5,000 unique items.

The vast majority of our listings are in stock and ready to ship.

However, on rare occasions, due to high sales volume, an inventory discrepancy may occur.

If an item you purchased is unexpectedly unavailable:

•   You will be notified promptly as soon as the issue is identified
•   We will attempt to locate a replacement, including sourcing from Disney Parks when possible

If a replacement cannot be secured within 24?48 hours, a full refund will be issued immediately.

 Clear communication and customer satisfaction are always our priority.

ITEM DETAILS & AUTHENTICITY

 Listings are for brand new items purchased at Walt Disney World, unless otherwise stated.

 All merchandise is 100% authentic, official Disney merchandise and comes from a smoke-free and pet-free environment.

 Photos are considered part of the item description.

If slight variations between the displayed item and the shipped item would affect your satisfaction, please message us prior to purchase.

 Upon request, we can provide photos of the exact item you will receive.

Please allow up to 24- 48 hours to supply requested photos.

 

  SHIPPING & PACKAGING POLICY

 We take great care to ensure that every order is securely packed and protected, so it arrives safely and exactly as described.

Clothing & Apparel

 All clothing items are packed with double protection:

•   Sealed first in a protective poly bag
•   Then placed inside a shipping poly mailer

 Backpacks

 Backpacks are shipped:

•   In original Disney packaging or factory protective bags (when available)
•   Always placed inside a shipping box to maintain shape and prevent damage 

 Fragile / Glass / Breakable Items

 Fragile items are packed with maximum protection:

•   Multiple layers of bubble wrap
•   Rigid shipping box
•   Cushioned with packing paper

 Boxes are labeled with FRAGILE stickers on all sides.

 Items with Original Boxes

 Items with original manufacturer boxes are:

•   Wrapped in bubble wrap
•   Shipped inside an additional outer shipping box

 Coins, Keychains & Small Accessories

 Shipped in padded bubble mailers.

  PRESSED COINS & MEDALLION COINS (IMPORTANT)

 We sell Pressed Coins and Medallion Coins from vending machines located in Disney Parks and Disney hotels.

 Packaging:

•   Each coin is shipped individually
•   Placed in a protective inner bag
•   Shipped in a padded bubble mailer
•   Coins are not shipped in cases, unless stated otherwise 

Condition Notice:

Pressed coins are made from pennies using vending machines.

Due to this process:

•   Minor scratches or surface marks may be present
•   Coin quality may vary depending on the penny and machine
•   Coins may not be perfectly uniform or flawless

Photos represent one example of the design.

Because these coins are sold in large quantities, the exact coin received may vary slightly.

If you require photos of the exact coin or are looking for near-perfect condition, please contact us before purchasing.

 Despite professional packing, shipping carriers are independent third parties, and rare transit damage may occur.

This is not due to lack of care on our part, as all orders follow strict packing standards.

  SHIPPING TERMS

Please verify your shipping address before purchasing.

We ship only to the address provided through eBay labels and cannot change it after purchase.

 Buyer is responsible for additional postage if an item is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address.

 Most orders ship the same or next business day, unless otherwise stated.

 RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Returns are accepted only if the item does not match the description or photos.

Returns for buyer's remorse are not approved, including:

•   I changed my mind
•   I don't like it / don't need it
•   Price not acceptable
•   Not what I expected
•   Ordered by mistake
•   Size issues when clearly stated

 SHIPPING COST DEDUCTION

 If a return is approved for buyer's remorse:

•   Original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund
•   Refund will not be a full refund

All items are security coded, and photos of shipped items are taken at the time of packing.
