I bought this baby to pass along and sell today because my mother had one. Even though her head had peeled…she went off to a home happy to have her and I hope this dolly has the same story. I had this baby in my cart and not one but two ladies thought she was real. 

She will come to you as you see here with the outfit. Hats do a nice job of concealing the condition of the head portion. 

The outfit is likely vintage rather than near antique as this 1930’s circa doll is.

As you can see from the neck, this is a composite American Character “A PETITE DOLL.”

She has some fade to original color that can be adjusted by her new owner with paint or makeup.

Teeth are in head! Someone must have jostled the part out but they are definitely loose in the head, I saw them.

I will carefully pack her and ship her boxed to you from The Nutmeg State of CT!
