Items will be packaged and shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment except holidays / weekends.  Shipments must be made to a valid street address, we DO NOT ship to PO Boxes except for small first class items. (contact us directly if you need shipped to a PO Box and we may be able to accommodate for an additional charge). If you would like to pick up the item in person to avoid shipping costs, please send us a message.

Returns
If you received an incorrect, faulty, or defective item (excluding electronics), please contact us via eBay messages for us to best resolve the issue as soon as possible. There is no need for negative feedback, as mistakes do happen, but we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue!
 
We do NOT accept returns because of buyer's remorse, simple mind changes, or accidental ordering (if you accidentally ordered an item, contact us IMMEDIATELY, once the item is shipped we can not cancel accidents!) For items that are accepted for return that did not have a listing error, the return is subject to 20% restock fee not including shipping expenses.
