- Important Info: This mouthpiece is heat-moldable, and improper heating can permanently damage it: using a rolling boil, overheating the water, or leaving the mouthpiece in too long may cause the material to soften excessively, shrink, warp, or melt, potentially ruining the product and even damaging cookware. For best results, use hot water (not a rolling boil) and follow the recommended heating time exactly, then remove carefully and allow it to cool briefly until it is warm but comfortable before placing it in your mouth to avoid burns. Damage caused by overheating or incorrect molding is considered user handling and is not a manufacturing defect.
