And now, MY description...  Since this example was certified long before PCGS' grading was modified to assign 
a more deserving attribution of a Positive (+), he's certainly deserving of it!

No bag marks, handling dings, or scratches. No toning. A couple of faint obverse spots, not distracting. An awesome strike, 
showing great detail, both sides.  Today's PCGS population is a mere 812 with just 93 better!
