These are the canvas roll up straps for US military vehicles with bed canvas covers the rivet on the attachment tabs are gonna have some rust on them and the tab might have a little but looks like the leather part of the straps havent really been used some still have the leather inside where the holes were punched. They'll clean up easily enough,great item for your restoration project. hard to find!
