RETURN POLICY: 

We offer a 30 days return policy. You must notify us during the first three days after you receive the item, if there is any problem with your item such as it arriving broken, etc. for us to take your claim forward. Please note: Any returned items must be deemed faulty for you to be eligible for our free returns policy. Any returned items deemed not faulty will be subject to a returns charge of £4.95 that will be deducted from the fee you pay.

All items purchased must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered and in original packaging. They cannot have been assembled and disassembled. Please be aware we keep a record of the serial number of items we send to costumers.  ALL OUR ITEMS COME WITH A WARRANTY STICKER LABEL IF THIS STICKER IS REMOVED WE WILL NOT ACCEPT REPLACEMENTS OR REFUNDS. WHEN REMOVED THIS STICKER CAN BE EASILY DETECTED.

Please note that we cannot give refunds after the 30 days limit has expired. We offer 30 days warranty in all our items.  

Items defective upon receipt must be packaged in their retail packaging as if new and returned with a detailed description of the problem.

When sending a return, please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the return to be processed. 

When buying more than one thing we are happy to combine postage when possible.
