# 🐠 Live Fish Shipping Policy (International via Transshipper)

## Shipping Method

* Fish are shipped **internationally via professional transshipper only**
* Shipping flow:
  **Seller (Thailand) → Transshipper → Buyer**
* Buyer is responsible for:

  * International shipping cost
  * Transshipper fee
  * Domestic shipping from transshipper

## DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy

### What is Covered

✔ DOA during **international shipment (Seller → Transshipper)**
✔ Verified by transshipper upon arrival

❌ DOA during **domestic shipment (Transshipper → Buyer)**
→ Covered by **transshipper’s policy only**

### DOA Claim Requirements

To qualify for DOA claim, buyer/transshipper must provide:

* Clear **photo or video**
* Fish in **original unopened bag**
* Visible shipping label
* Proof sent within **2 hours of delivery**

❌ Claims sent after 2 hours or without proper proof will be rejected

## Refund Policy

* Refund applies to **fish price only**
* **Shipping fees, transshipper fees, customs fees are non-refundable**
* Refund amount:

  * **100%** for confirmed DOA (international leg)
  * Partial refund if some fish survive

⏱ Refund processed within **3–5 business days**

## Replacement Policy

* Replacement available **instead of refund**
* Buyer pays:

  * New shipping cost
  * Transshipper fee
* Replacement shipped with **next available export schedule**

## Not Covered by Guarantee

DOA guarantee does **NOT** cover:

* Customs delays, airline delays, or weather issues
* Improper acclimation by buyer
* Extreme temperature conditions
* Refused or missed delivery
* Incorrect shipping address

## Buyer Agreement

By purchasing, buyer agrees that:

* A professional transshipper is required
* All risks transfer to buyer after domestic reship
* Proper acclimation is buyer’s responsibility
