Bought this new years ago and played it for a bit as an adult. I take care of my games and belongings in general, so it remains in like new condition. Disc is clean, all paperwork is clean and included. There slip for the DLC stuff is in there, but I'm 99% sure I claimed it. Does have the map and other paperwork as well.
