1. Why can't turn on the car radio?

Please check the voltage requirement: 12V
For testing: Combine red and yellow wires to power supply positive; black wire to negative
Replace with same type fuse to test

2. Why shows "No Signal" when reversing?

Please check if the camera cable is properly connected to the "CAMIN" port. Confirm your camera supports AHD or CVBS format, the device will switch automatically without manual setting.

3. Why can't connect wireless Carplay/Auto?

Ensure the car radio and phone are connected to the same WIFI or Bluetooth
Enable Carplay/Auto function on your phone in advance
Restart the car radio and phone if the connection fails

4. Why can't search FM stations?

Ensure radio antenna is properly connected to the radio chip port
Re-scan stations in an open area with good signal coverage
Check if the radio band is set to FM/RDS mode

5. How to reset the car radio to factory settings?

Enter the settings interface, find the "Factory Reset" option, and input the keyword 8317 to complete the reset. Please back up your data before resetting.
