Ornate exterior, silver overlay inscription in Latin "Deus Vult", which translates to "God's Will" on the lid, garnished with gemstone cabochons. The interior features a mirror with four silver and gem-studded corners and three red velvet trays with silver handles featuring matching hallmarks. The top tray features three glass bottles for holy water and poison, all three with matching hallmarked silver and gem-studded tops. The middle tray features a heavy, solid silver, large gem-studded cross, a matching garnet rosary bead with a gem-studded cross, and a large wooden killing spike with a matching silver and gem-studded top. The bottom tray features a very early percussion pistol with silver grip wrapping, 5 silver cross-marked bullets, a matching silver cap box, and a brass powder flask. Large cross weight: 208.5 grams.
