Introductory essay on Paul Klee (with facsimile signature), a biographical sketch based on Klee's own statements. Pages 26 through 34 with contributions on the young French sculptors, Kandinsky's role in the Russian art scene, "Die Arche" by Gustave Coquiot on Zola and Cezanne, books and periodicals. Last text page with notes on the French and British art scene and an Oskar Kokoscha manifest.

At rear an exhibition register of nineteen Paul Klee paintings, two hundred and twenty-five watercolors, eighty drawings, six statuettes, and twenty-seven graphic designs. Six pages of advertisements of art publisher's and a Frieda Thiersch, advertisement and her artistic book binding services. The inside cover with exhibition schedule of the Hans Goltz gallery in Munich on inside front, inside back cover with ad for "Der Arárat."

Text in German. Wraps with light sunning along edges, light creasing at top and bottom of front cover. A couple of chips at top edge of back cover. Block age-toned due to paper quality. Good condition.
