Charm Care

Glass charms are not recommended for dishwasher. Please remove charms from glassware before placing in dishwasher. If charms need washing, wash in warm soapy water rinse well and pat dry. Because of the silver, charms may tarnish over time. A tarnish remover may be used for cleaning but please follow package directions and again, rinse and dry well after each cleaning!

Do you need a specific theme or different amount of charms? I can accommodate your order and offer you a special price on large orders!

**NOTE ON SPECIAL ORDERS**

Unfortunately I have no control over amount of time shipping takes on special ordered beads and charms. Please keep in mind some orders may take up to 6 or 7 weeks depending on the quantity of beads, bead colors, spacers, or if special charms are ordered.

Shipping

Packages are shipped USPS first class and take 3 to 9 days to arrive.  Please be advised that during the holidays orders may take up to nine days or more to arrive. Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment with the exception on weekends and holidays.

Return Policy

A return will be accepted if item ordered was grossly misrepresented within the description and only under the following conditions.

1. Buyer must pay return shipping.

2. Must be returned within 30 days after receiving order.

3. Must be returned new, and unused, in the same condition as sent from seller and as item appears the original listing photo.

 

If you are not completely happy PLEASE email me with the problem before leaving feedback and I will do my best to correct or clear up any problem.

I am using a digital camera but pictures don’t always capture the true colors. Computer monitor settings differ and may make an item look slightly different in color or hue.
