1. Why can't turn on the car radio?

Please check the voltage requirement: 12V
For testing: Combine red and yellow wires to power supply positive; black wire to negative
Replace with same type fuse to test

Note: Must use the included power cable. Do not plug original car plug directly into the unit.

2. Why shows "No Signal" when reversing?

Please check if the camera cable is properly connected to the "CAMIN" port. Confirm your camera supports AHD or CVBS format, the device will switch automatically without manual setting.

3. Why can't connect Carplay/Android Auto?

Use original phone USB cable for stable connection
Android Auto is not applicable to Huawei brand phones
Enable Carplay/Android Auto function on your phone before connection

4. Why Mirror Link not working for new phones?

For iPhone 13.4+ and Android 10.1+ versions, the device needs factory software upgrade after debugging. Please contact our customer service for help.

5. Why can't search FM stations?

Ensure radio antenna is properly connected
Re-scan stations in an open area with good signal
The device supports 18 preset stations for quick access
