Rare Marcel Mouly "Untitled" Lithograph Signed EA Edition and Framed.

Marcel Mouly was born in the year of 1918 and is considered one of the most important artists of the modern era. He was the last living student of Piccaso and protégé of well known sculptor Jacques Lipchitz. With his unique style of combining multiple aspects he learned from different artists, such as Braque, Martise, and most notably Picasso and learned to combine Cubism, Impressionism, and more. In doing so, he revolutionized the history of French arts. He has won Chevalier de l’order des Arts et Lettres in 1957, Premier Prix de Lithographie in 1973, and many more. His most numerous works are female figures, harbor scenes, and many still-life. His works are on display in many Art museums across the globe such as Musee Nationale d’ Art Moderne and many more. He unfortunately passed away in the year of 2008 but his legacy still lives on through his art works.
