Detailed Sales Policy
All of our items are sold as is and in its current condition. Please see pictures and the description for detail of the item. We do our best to put the best description that covers all the problems and history behind the item, however we are not perfect. Therefore please look at the picture closely before buying to make sure there is no extra crack that we might have missed. If you have a question on an item that is not answered by the pictures or the description, please feel free to message and ask us directly.
Please, if you see any mistakes or have more information on items we are selling, we would highly appreciate it if you can tell them to us.
Condition Term
Mint: items that are never or barely used.
Excellent: items that has been used slightly before with no flaws
Very Good: items that features signs of previous use but no major damages (cracks, chips, ect).
Good: items that are mostly in decent shape but may have damages (cracks, chips, ect).
Contacting Us
You can contact us with eBay messages. We check our messages generally twice per day, around 9 AM and 6 PM by pacific time. We may have trouble getting back to your messages right away outside those hours.
Shipping and Payment Policy
If there is any problem with the item you have received, please contact us and we can work together to create a solution to the problem. We offer 30 day return policy through eBay. We cannot accept actions outside of eBay's return policy, such as refusing the delivery of the item.
We will ship an item within 1 day period that it was purchased unless USPS is closed that day for any reason. If the item price exceeds $100.00, we will add insurance to the item free of charge.
We do not use global shipping program. If you are an international buyer, we highly encourage contacting us first for shipping options.
If you have purchased an item from us but not pay within 4 days of purchase, we will automatically open an unpaid item case.
