All of our items are 100% insured. Should your item arrive damaged, hold onto it and all packaging until receiving further instructions on our simplified and relatively painless claims process. If your item is lost in the mail or your package was rifled, please notify us and we will start a claim as soon as possible. Insurers typically require up to 30 days for a missing package to arrive domestically and 45 days internationally although these times are elastic depending on the type of loss and the insurance provider.
