We will answer your questions as quickly as possible, but we are not always available to answer questions in the last few dizzying hours of auctions. If you have any problems with your purchase or our services, please just come to us and we'll do our best to correct it; our one and only goal is your satisfaction. Handling fees typically range from 75 cents to $5.00 depending on the item. They help cover packaging materials, shipping assurance and eBay fees on our actual shipping costs. International shipping fees are typically $3.00 for 1st Class and $5.00 for Priority Mail. When we charge a handling fee for over $5.00, we'll state this in the description. Please notify us if the automated shipping rates appear off. You have the obligation to pay all shipping costs even if the automated quote is lower.

All of our items are 100% insured. Should your item arrive damaged, hold onto it and all packaging until receiving further instructions on our simplified and relatively painless claims process. If your item is lost in the mail or your package was rifled, please notify us and we will start a claim as soon as possible. Insurers typically require up to 30 days for a missing package to arrive domestically and 45 days internationally although these times are elastic depending on the type of loss and the insurance provider.
