This is a Vintage Ceramic Blonde Haired Mermaid with flowers, posing next to a pearl in a Pink Clam Shell Figurine.  We haven't seen one exactly like this on eBay so I would say it is rare.  There is a hallmark on the back. Part of the shell next to the blue flower has a soft jaggedy edge. But you can hardly tell.  Please examine pictures for measurements and condition.  Thank you 🌸
