Recommendations for taking the supplement:
Mix 2 full teaspoons (10g) of Abtei Gelatine Pulver Plus with approx. 200ml of liquid, e.g. cocoa, low-acid juices or yogurt.
If you like, the dose can be divided into more portions.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
