Leider gibts bei Alldatasheets für den 128’er von Intel nur das Datenblatt des 64’er, in dem allerdings ist das Pinout für den 128’ vorhanden (siehe Bilder) ich gehe mal davon aus, dass die Spec’s, ausgenommen Speicherumfang, identisch sind.
Die Eproms sind aus Lagerbeständen einer aufgelösten Elektronik-Werkstatt, die Quarzfenster waren nicht beklebt, rein äusserlich ist der Zustand gut, normale altersentsprechende Lagerspuren sind vorhanden.
Da Eproms aber meisst gesockelt sind, also auch im gebrauchten Zustand keine Lötzinnspuren haben müssen und sich die Gelehrten darüber streiten, ob programmierte Eproms abgeklebt werden sollen oder nicht, verkaufe ich hier ausdrücklich als ungeprüft.

Intel D27128A EPROM Ceramic
Here's something for all retro computing fans.
Unfortunately, Alldatasheets only has for the 128’ the Datasheet of the D2764, But it does include the pinout for the 27128. I assume that the specs are identical, except for the memory capacity.
These EPROMs are from the surplus stock of a liquidated electronics workshop. The quartz windows were not covered with stickers. Externally, they are in good condition, with normal signs of age-related storage wear.
However, since EPROMs are usually socketed, meaning that even used EPROMs may not have any solder residue, and experts disagree on whether programmed EPROMs should be covered with stickers or not, I am explicitly selling them here as untested.
