The cup holders have a 80mm opening and taper down to approximately 65mm to grip a variety of cup sizes well. While the unit is manufactured to tight specifications, felt tape will be applied to the outer edges of the unit to prevent any unwanted movement due to any minor differences/imperfections in the tray it fits into.
